Chants For Do Your Best

Pasta e piselli- Tin Can Recipes #1

The convenience of canned food is well known, there is the possibility of having vegetables throughout the year, good food already prepared, clean, only to put on your plate and eat it as is or used in many preparations, ranging from side dishes to desserts, is transportable and camping for example is ideal for preparing a meal without spignattare or take too long to serve on the table =)
Of course it's better fresh food, no doubt, but if you work all week and also full-time family, take a good supply in the pantry is a great thing.
why even my pantry always has tins of beans, tuna, tomatoes and corn and so on and so forth;) so it's nice to cook even if you are short on time.

The recipe I am presenting is certainly a classic of our kitchen, but it is nutritious and tasty, as well as quick to prepare at the last minute!

Ingredients:

pipettes 200g
rifled a half slice of bacon

small onion vegetable broth
a small box pea
EVO oil to taste

Procedure:

while cooking pasta, pour in the pan the onion and bacon cut into matches, and cook a few minutes.
drained Combine the peas, salt and pepper and add a few tablespoons of broth, just soften some pea crush with a wooden spoon to create a creamy sauce.
Drain the pasta into the pan to finish cooking and blending it all, and if necessary add more broth if you prefer a less dry flat.
a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy.
Bon appetit!
